TerminalFlow by Axiom Ops ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.
Data We Collect
We collect route numbers, check-in timestamps, and optional driver information (name, truck number, phone) provided during check-in. Staff accounts require email and password.
How We Use Data
Data is used solely to operate the terminal dispatch system. Phone numbers are only used for opt-in SMS notifications about route status changes.
Data Retention
Check-in and route log data is retained per the terminal's configured retention policy (default 90 days) and then deleted.
